Cancellation policy

> NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE CANCELLED BOOKING.
> Check-in time: 1 PM / Check-out time: 11:00 AM late checkout for an hour extended (on availability) further 500/- per hour charges.
> Early Checkouts/Shortened Stays & No-Shows for confirmed bookings will not be refunded. only postponed.
> Room capacity shall be STRICTLY OBSERVED. An additional amount shall be charged in excess of maximum occupancy.
> Service is available Till 10pm Only Room Keys - When leaving the premises, please endorse room keys to the Front Desk Employee.
> Stains & Damages - Please avoid staining indoor furnishings. Ink stains or stains from Henna Tattoos are almost impossible to remove from linens. Hence, replacement/damaged cost of stained linens, i.e. bedspreads, bed pads, blankets, curtains and towels will be charged to the guest accordingly. Also, avoid sitting on indoor furniture, bedspreads, etc. with wet swimsuits or while wearing suntan oil or lotion.
> Do not carry food outside the dining area else 1000/-fine in found guilty.
> Music will play till 10 pm, because the resort is surrounded by forest and village.
> pets are not allowed on the bed
